Check-in & check-out times: 

1. INCLUSIONS: 

1.1 Accommodation, meals, selected house beverages and 2 game drive activities (night drives & guided walks are subject to availability and at discretion of ranger at selected lodges).

2. EXCLUSIONS: 

2.1 Premium branded beverages, transfers, telephone calls, laundry and any items of personal nature

3. AIRPORT TRANSFERS:

5. TRIPLE OCCUPANCY:

5.1 A person 12 yrs and older can share with 2 adults at selected lodges, the full sharing adult rate will apply for the third person.

6. GUIDE & DRIVER POLICY:

6.1. When and where a guide room is available a rate of R1150pppn will apply for a guide or driver.
6.2 A guide or driver staying in lodge rooms will be charged the applicable single/sharing adult rate.
6.3 The guide/driver rate is subject to annual increase without prior notice.

7. PEAK SEASON:

7.1 Room rate (double pps) and minimum 2 night stay applies.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY:

8.1 Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
8.2 Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival - 25% cancellation fee
8.3 Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee
8.4 Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival - 80% cancellation fee

9. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

9.1. All rates are in South African Rands and include VAT.
9.2. No Tourism Levies are charged at present.
9.3. All guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
9.4. The Amakhala Game Reserve retains the right to admit any guests/s and furthermore retains the right to remove any guests whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and/or staff.

10. DEPOSIT

10.1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
